Community Concert featuring Monroe Randall, cello

Guest Artist Monroe Randall will join Rose Baker (violin) and Annierose Klingbeil (viola) to perform a free community concert. Students from Lines and Spaces' after-school music program will make a special appearance to perform Deep River. All ages are welcome and the concert will feature activities for children. Reception to follow.

Lines & Spaces' student musicians will perform at the 2025 River Festival, which will offer fun activities for all ages including crafts, vendors, turtles, live music, food, and more! Admission is free. The festivals lasts from 11AM - 4PM; stay tuned for more information about when Lines & Spaces will perform.

It’s our 1st birthday! This month marks the one year anniversary of Lines & Spaces’ nonprofit incorporation. We’re celebrating with a series of informal pop-up concerts all around Taunton. Join us for music, delicious food and drink, a violin petting zoo, and more.

Performance Schedule:

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Taunton Public Library (12 Pleasant St)

Features a violin petting zoo for children. Find us at the library's drop-in playgroup. Kids can listen to music, try out a violin, create art, and enjoy free play! No registration required.

Lights On Festival

Students from our free after-school program will give their very first public performance at Taunton's Lights On Festival. After the students perform, faculty will play holiday tunes. Catch Lines & Spaces and enjoy the autumn weather at this Farmers' Market/Block Party! Lines & Spaces will play music and offer free crafts, and the market will also have free face painting as well as farmer, food, and craft vendors. Don't miss the magic show at 10:00 a.m.! Stop by the Farmers’ Market to hear a mix of fiddle tunes and classical music, to learn about Lines and Spaces’ upcoming after-school music program, discover the difference between a viola and a violin, and participate in a make-your-own-instrument craft. In addition to Lines and Spaces’ tent, the market will offer free face painting, an ice cream social, delicious local produce, and more.
